By default, we wash mixed loads (lights and darks together) at 30°C. For most modern fabrics, this is safe and colourfast. However, if you want colour separation, select the "separate wash" option when booking. We'll split your laundry into light and dark loads (or more if needed) and wash them separately. This adds a small surcharge because it uses extra machine cycles. For brand-new dark garments that may bleed, we strongly recommend the separate wash option to prevent colour transfer.

Yes, please. Bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels require different washing and drying cycles than everyday clothing. They're typically washed at higher temperatures (45–60°C) and tumble-dried on hotter settings. Mixing them with delicate clothing can damage your garments. We recommend placing all linens and towels in a separate bag clearly marked "LINENS". We'll process them appropriately and charge per load based on volume. Bath mats and heavy robes should also go in the linens bag.

Yes, for safety and quality reasons. Please DO NOT put the following in your laundry bag: dry-clean-only items (leather, suede, silk ties, beaded garments), bath mats with rubber backing (they disintegrate in dryers), non-machine-washable items (vintage fabrics, hand-knits), items with paint or chemicals, or heavily soiled biohazard materials. Yes — we operate 7 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and most bank holidays. The only exceptions are Christmas Day (25th December) and New Year's Day (1st January). Collection windows are available from 8am to 8pm. You can choose a 2-hour time slot when booking. For evening collections after 6pm, there's a small surcharge. Sunday slots are popular, so we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day collection is available Monday–Friday if you book before 10am.

We don't charge a cancellation fee if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled collection window. You can cancel or reschedule via your online account or by calling customer support. For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of your booking value (capped at £50) applies to cover our driver's scheduled route. Same-day cancellations on the day of collection may be charged in full. Last-minute changes due to emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis — just call us.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If any item is damaged during washing or ironing, we'll compensate you according to our fair wear policy (up to 10x the service fee for that item, capped at £100). For quality issues like insufficient ironing or odours, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll recollect the items and reprocess them at no charge. If you need both services, please separate items into different bags clearly marked "LAUNDRY" and "DRY CLEAN". We'll process each appropriately. Never put dry-clean-only items in your laundry bag — they will be damaged.

Yes, absolutely. If your clothes are already clean but wrinkled, we offer an ironing-only service. Our professional steam pressers remove creases from shirts, trousers, dresses, tablecloths, and bedding. Items are returned neatly folded on hangers or flat-packed. Yes — the minimum order for laundry, ironing, or dry cleaning collection is £20 (excluding any promotions). This covers our driver's time and fuel for the collection and delivery route. If your order is under £20, you can either: add more items to reach the minimum, pay a £5 small-order fee, or book a combined service with a neighbour (subject to area). Standard turnaround is next-day delivery: collect today before 2pm, receive back tomorrow between 6pm–9pm. For morning collections, express same-day service is available (collect by 10am, return by 7pm) for an additional £10. Weekend service: collections on Saturday return on Monday. We also offer a premium 4-hour rush service for urgent items (suits for tomorrow's meeting, etc.) — call us directly to check availability.
