MyProCleaners is a professional cleaning company that directly employs its cleaners. We are NOT a marketplace. Our cleaners are employees who have been vetted, background-checked, and trained to our high standards.
We review applications and undertake comprehensive background checks on all our cleaners. This includes right-to-work verification, criminal record checks, reference checks, and in-person interviews.
By placing a Booking through our Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
All Bookings are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you a confirmation email. The contract between us is formed when we send you this confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse any Booking at our sole discretion.
The price of any Services will be as quoted on our Website, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
You authorise us to charge your payment card on the day of the scheduled Booking or after the Booking is completed. If any amount due is unpaid after the scheduled Booking, we may charge administration fees and interest.
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts. These are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated with each offer. Promotional codes may only be used as specified and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel or reschedule a Booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without charge. For cancellations after this deadline, or if our cleaner is unable to gain entry, you will be charged the full price of the Booking.
We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

MyProCleaners is fully responsible for the Services provided by our employees. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance (up to £5 million).
We are not responsible for indirect losses that happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage, including loss of income, business, profits, or anticipated savings.
If accidental damage occurs during the provision of Services, we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange for repair or fair compensation.
MyProCleaners carries comprehensive public liability insurance (up to £5 million). We recommend you maintain appropriate home insurance for your property and belongings. Our insurance does not cover pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our Service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter directly within a reasonable period. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
